Mighty Cardinal Band Trip Sheet, 10/6/08-10/11/08

Monday: Full Band Rehearsal 6:30-8:30PM

Tuesday: Full Band Rehearsal 3:45-6:00 PM
**Parent Meeting at 6:30 - all students need a parent or guardian
representative for the kick off of our first fundraiser!

Wednesday: Full Band Rehearsal 3:45-6:15 PM

Thursday: NO SCHOOL- NO REHEARSAL!

Friday: Football game 7:30 PM at Butler

3:15-4:15 PM Dinner. BBPO will provide food for $5, head count by Wednesday
4:15-5:45 PM Rehearse
5:45-6:15 PM Get in to uniforms and load truck
6:15-6:30 PM Inspection
6:30 PM Load buses and depart for Butler Stadium

**This is also Jr. High night so we will have a number of students from Pin Oak and Lanier joining us to play in the stands.

Saturday: Full Band Rehearsal 8:00 AM-12:00 PM at BHS - this is a mandatory rehearsal.
