Mighty Cardinal Band Itinerary:    Thanksgiving Day Parade

Thursday 11/22/07

6:00 AM- arrive at band hall

6:00-6:45 Breakfast, change, and load busses

• Breakfast snack served by BBPO (no money needed)
• Dress in full uniform
• load busses

7:00 am - Busses will leave BHS- no exception

7:30 am - Official Parade Check-In

8:30 am - Line up for Parade

Parade Start

* We have a very early call time and absolutely no time to spare if you are late. We must check in downtown at 7:30 and be in our spot which means we have to be on the bus, instruments loaded and pulling away from the school by 7:00am. We will warm up at the parade.

* We will have extra seats on the bus and parents and family memebers are welcome to ride the bus on a first-come first-serve basis. The busses will park within a few blocks of the start of the parade and guests can walk to the parade route and find a good spot to watch.
