Report to Band Hall 2:45 PM

Review ½ time show 3:00 PM

End practice run-thru 4:45 PM

Return to Band hall 4:50 PM

Dinner Compliments of Meyerland Chick-Fil-A and the BBPO!!!

Load buses 5:10 PM

Depart for Butler 5:25 PM

Arrive Butler 6:05 PM

Report to Fundamental Block 6:15 PM

March into Delmar Stadium 6:20 PM

Arrive at Band Seating site 6:25 PM

Daily Drill 6:30 PM

Fight Song, etc 6:50 PM

Game Start 7:00 PM

Arrive at Bellaire HS 9:30 PM

• You represent your school, band, family and yourself AS ONE -----WITH PRIDE!
• Warm Weather Uniform: ball caps, black belt & black shoes, polo shirts tucked in!
• Only wear socks that DO NOT rise above your ankle (athletic socks)
• Have your flip folder ready as well as your lyre and music
• Water only in the stands – thank you
• Get permission from Mr. S only to go the RR in pairs only!
• We will have snacks for you. Have a good lunch at school. Please
