THIS WEEKS SCHEDULE:

Monday September 17th Full Band Practice 3:30 – 5:45

Tuesday September 18th Full Band Practice 3:30 – 5:45

Wednesday September 19th: Sectionals 3:30 – 4:30 (everyone including Battery) Additionally, we will be getting the remaining students sized for their formal marching uniform during lunch and after our sectional time on Wednesday.

Thursday September 20th: Full Band Practice 3:30 – 5:45

Friday September 21st: No Planned Activities

Saturday September 22nd University of Houston Band Day. The Call Time for Saturday is 6:00 AM with all students ready, dressed in WW uniform and seated in the band hall.

UH Band day is a day if instruction from the Staff and Students of the fabulous UH Band. Three or four High School bands participate and we are honored to be chosen. The day cumulates with the Mighty Cardinal Band (and the other High Schools) joining the Cougar Band on the field during half time. UH will be playing Colorado State in a game that starts at 3:30. We will have discounted tickets available, proceeds from ticket sales will help to cover costs associated with our participation in the event. Details on tickets and complete itinerary will be sent later in the week.

"Last Call" for old uniforms. If students would like their old uniforms there is one more chance to have them. We will only be able to keep them on hand for a short while. If you are interested please call BBPO President Betsy Johnson at 713-664-8943 or email at ebjmail@swbell.net .
