New Caney Itinerary

In case you did not know we have new uniforms for the Mighty Cardinal Marching Band. The pants are un-cuffed. This Friday at 1:30 the sewing crew will be at the school to begin measuring the students so that the new uniform pants are just right. If your band member does not get sized during the day PLEASE have them come after school. It should not take long. We need to have the uniforms ready by next Saturdays UH Band day (more info on that in the next newsletter).

 Also if you are planning on helping out in any capacity that will involve student interaction (chaperoning, truck loading, etc) please fill out the attached form - note that you will be a band volunteer) along with a copy of your drives licence and return to Assistant Principal Andrea Murray.You may have already done this as the form was in one of the packets sent home by the school, if you have there is no need to do it again. Thanks for your cooperation on this

 Abbreviated Itinerary this week, the only times that are set in stone are the call time for the band and the game start time.

BHS Band Itinerary:    Bellaire vs. Caney Creek  Saturday 9-15-07

Report to Band Hall                             4:00 PM 

Load buses                                           5:00 PM

Game Start  @ Butler Stadium            7:00 PM

Arrive at Bellaire HS                           9:30 PM

• You represent your school, band, family and yourself AS ONE -----WITH PRIDE!

• Warm Weather Uniform:  black belt & shoes, shirts tucked in!

• Only wear socks that DO NOT rise above your ankle  (athletic socks)

• Have your flip folder ready as well as your lyre and music

• Water only in the stands

• Get permission from Mr. S only to go the RR in pairs only!

• Bring a sack lunch or snack.   Have a good lunch before leaving home.  Please

• Leave no trash behind
