Hello Band Family!,
We are preparing for the end of school Bellaire Band Banquet and Awards Dinner
which will be on Friday May 18th beginning at 6:30pm.
The menu is fabulous this year with Chef Beau, formerly of The Warwick Hotel
and The Marriott, to
prepare our buffet. The cost this year will be the same as last year which is
$20.00/per person. Your student will also have to have a ticket (it's the only
way we can pay for things!), so buy a ticket for each of your family
members by sending a check or your credit card information to be placed in the Band Hall money slot.
Oh, we like cash too!! Below is an attachment to put your credit card
information on as well as the order sheet for tickets. Please seal your
payment/ form up in an envelope with your students name on it and how many
tickets you need. We will make sure you get your tickets.
This year we have decided to have our Awards Dinner
at The Bellaire United Methodist Church located at 4417 Bellaire Blvd. We
are saving a little money by doing this and thus are able to afford better food
and some nice table arrangements for everyone to enjoy. I know all of the kids
will have a blast closing out the 2006-2007 band school year with lots of fun,
good food and rewards. Joanna Jiang has planned a video presentation too!
Make sure you sign up to let us know you are coming. Chef Beau needs an
