Procedure to Communicate to the school (teachers and counselors) by parents:

  • The first step is to have the student talk to the teacher/counselor.
  • If the issue is unresolved, the parent should e-mail the teacher/counselor. E-mail is preferred over phone calls. The first approach should be in a collaborative spirit.
  • Give the teacher/counselor 2 business days to respond.
  • If no response after 2 business days, send a second e-mail.
  • If no response after 2 more business days, send an e-mail to the Assistant Principal and the teacher/counselor.
