Agenda

I. Call to order – Meeting began at 6:30 pm and was chaired by Kathy Cane.
Roll call:
• Board Members present: Kathy Cane, Crystal Ramirez
• Band Director, Jessica Meng
• General Attendance: other than board members, there were two others in attendance.

II. Approval of Last Meeting’s Minutes (see website) – approved.

III. New Business
• May 11 (Tues): possible band concert
• May 13 (Thurs): Percussion Concert, 7:30 pm in auditorium; students advancing to State Solo and Ensemble may perform starting at 7:00 pm
• Spring Banquet May 22nd?
• Graduation – Sunday May 30th call time 12:00 p.m. @ Reliant
• State Competition at UT – Monday, May 31st -- schedule of performance times is available from Ms. Meng.
• Gloves ordered
• Uniform/Tuxedos Cleaning status
• Ms. Meng – Upcoming Events

IV. Treasurer’s Report
• BBPO’s final expenditures: marching and concert uniforms cleaned, rental instruments cleaned, black gloves for next year, drum set balance and truck rental to Dallas etc. – not discussed, due to lack of attendees.

V. Adjournment – meeting was adjourned at 6:40 pm.
