July
• July 9 – 11 (Thurs – Sat), 9:00 am – 5:00 pm: all Percussion and Guard
There will be an hour lunch break each day. Students need to bring their lunch.

July 16, 17 (Thurs, Fri): watch the Drum Corps International (DCI) competition in Houston (OPTIONAL)
July 18 (Sat): watch the DCI Southwestern Championships in San Antonio (OPTIONAL)
We may try to get a group together to see one or more of the shows. We’ll send out and post details once they become available.

• July 27 – 31 (Mon – Fri), 9:00 am – 5:00 pm: all Percussion and Guard

August
• Aug 1 (Sat), 10:00 am – 5:00 pm: full band, percussion, guard (possibility of a “fun” event that evening!)
• Aug 3 – 21 (Mon – Fri each week), 9:00 am – 5:00 pm: full band, percussion, guard
There will be an hour lunch break each day. Students need to bring their lunch.
There will likely be a parent meeting some evening during this time. Again, we’ll send out and post the information once it becomes available.
